Private Internet Access releases new Android app - version 1.5

Dear beloved customers,


We have started the rollout of the latest version of our new Android app - version 1.5 - in the Google Play Store. Among minor performance enhancements comes a highly anticipated major update, the Private Internet Access Android app now works on Android TV, Nvidia Shield, and Fire OS.


The full changelog is as follows:


- Added proxy support

- Increased support for Android TV

- Added support for Nvidia Shield

- Added support for Fire OS

- Added additional translations

- Added support for more devices and screens

Please note that the release is being rolled out in stages, so it might take a day or so for v.1.5 to be available in your App Store for your Android device. If you don’t see it yet, just hang in there!
