Problems connecting in iOS through OpenVPN protocol.

I have been using PIA VPN without a problem on my 5 devices for a couple of weeks. Recently, the VPN through protocol OpenVPN on my ios phone stopped working and only IPsec works. I tried resetting the network settings, uninstalling the app and even wiping the WHOLE iPHONE and starting from scratch. It did not work. Also, I installed PIA VPN on my ios iPad for first time (it was never installed there before). Nothing, did not work.
It is always the same. IPSec works fine. However, when I change to OpenVPN protocol it gets stuck in connecting and microdisconnecting. Is there anything wrong on the iOS application itself? I mean this because it is not normal to have exactly the same problem on my iPad where I never used PIA VPN before.
