Refund Issues- Terrible Customer Service
If I sent an email to cancel my subscription to customer service,
shouldn't they do it? Customer Service sent me emails just asking how
the service was (Terrible!!!!). They didn't solve my issues or cancel my
subscription. If they didn't do it, but I was charged for months for a
service that I wasn't getting, shouldn't they refund my money?
Why haven't I gotten any solution to my problems? Why did they send messages just to have me going round and round?
