Refund Issues- Terrible Customer Service

If I sent an email to cancel my subscription to customer service, shouldn't they do it? Customer Service sent me emails just asking how the service was (Terrible!!!!). They didn't solve my issues or cancel my subscription.  If they didn't do it, but I was charged for months for a service that I wasn't getting, shouldn't they refund my money?

Why haven't I gotten any solution to my problems? Why did they send messages just to have me going round and round?

  • Hi Geovadm,

I am sorry to hear about this! Could you DM me with your ticket number so that I can assist further?
  • This situation happened to my employer Jose Caballero. His initial request was 156722. He got emails that didn't solve any issues. That first request was on Dec 28th 2016. He sent an email to cancel his subscription because your product was no longer approved for iOS 10.2 and it bugged out his phone. The emails that he got didn't pay attention to his original request. At last on February 19th, 2018 they explained how to cancel but he still couldn't login into his account. Every month he got a friendly reminder that he was going to be charged.

Another request was 214798. He has the historial of all the emails.
My employer cancelled the subscription on May 22nd, 2017 but he now wants the refund of all the months that were charged.

HP told my mother in law her brand new out of the box laptop that had never been connected to the internet had malware on it that prevented her Verizon Wireless USB modem from being installed. I think she spent a total of 6 hours with them on the phone. Still don't understand that one.

LOL. Good luck with that. He'll get much better results filing a claim with his credit card company. They don't like seeing their customers getting scammed.
  • @Geovadm, I have just responded to your ticket with a little more detail on where we can go from here. Sorry for all the confusion!
