in Android VPN Setup

I'm unable to access network storage when PIA is on. I am running this on Andriod TV OS, Nvidia Shield. I have turned the app setting notification to be protected and some apps unprotected   Anyone know what other Andriod App Settings I need to turn off in order to access Network storage while PIA is on?  I've tried many system processes and unable to access network storage.

    you have to turn on the default settings on or maybe reset the older one as it may have caused some problem in your tv settings or network storage notifications.

    Hi, you need to enable the default settings I already had this problem.
