p2p public/private tracker connects timing out and 404 errors
Virtually all of the servers offering port forwarding are giving in utorrent the above errors and iirc also ones such as 'a socket operation was attempted on an unreachable host' etc etc.
Are the PIA servers plagued with spammers, relay abusers and others whose activities result in the PIA servers being added to UCE/SPAM host blocklists? My inexpert level of IT awareness makes me wonder if sites such as http://www.sorbs.net/ have the PIA servers' IPs mapped to blocklists and if these are employed by the tracker hosts. If so, can they be unblocked/offenders incapacitated?
