v80 icon tray and pop-up pane problems

PIA v80 update causes the tray icon to stop showing connected country and ip address, showing only 'pia_nw'.
Left clicking the tray icon brings up a pop-up pane which now allows for a maximum 13 favourited country entries pre-selected in settings, with entry 'Disconnect', barely visible, disappearing off the top of the screen. Adding any more countries in settings causes entries to disappear completely off the top of the pop-up pane screen one by one, 'Disconnect', 'Reconnect', 'Switch to Auto', then countries in alphabetical order, if favourites are increased further, ie. there is now a maximum number of entries available in that pane. Under the list of country entries
'Switch to' does absolutely nothing but change the orientation of its triangle symbol and tab the whole pop-up pane slightly to the left
