Netherlands now back on the list of port forward enabled endpoints but it doesnt work!

I see from the article link below that the Netherlands is now back on the list of port forward enabled endpoints, but attempting to get a port from the api results in curl returning an error code 7 (last checked 24th May).

Link to the article showing Netherlands as port forward enabled - note the Netherlands has only recently re-appeared in this article:-
https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/helpdesk/kb/articles/how-do-i-enable-port-forwarding-on-my-vpn

So in short port forwarding is dead for the Netherlands, can somebody take a look at this please.

p.s. am i right in thinking the only official list of port forward enabled endpoints is via an 'article' buried away on this website?!?, if so its a bit crap guys, cant we get this improved? (api call perhaps?).

  • Hey @binhex, I'm sorry for the confusion. It looks like this was a mistake porting articles over from the old knowledge base to the new one. It should reflect the current enabled regions now.

Some of the applications (like the Android app) display which regions are currently enabled for port forwarding. I'll pass your suggestion along to the other teams!
  • PLEASE do pass on my comments regards programmatic access to port forward enabled endpoints, its horrible to have to check the article.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
