Entered wrong email while paying

Hi, 

I was trying to buy annual PIA and missed one alphabet in my complete email. The order went through and my card was charged. I only noticed the mistake when I saw the incorrect email on order confirmation page. Can anyone please help me? Little worried at the moment.

  • Extremely appalled with the poor customer service. I paid 39 USD for annual service  and its been 3 days and I am without any VPN login details whatsoever. No phone number to talk to a real person, no email replies...no ticket replies. I heard a lot of good things about PIA on forums and that's why was actually very interested in PIA. NOT ANYMORE! 

    Please give me my money back. I am done with PIA. I don't want to fix my account, fix my order or get new VPN details. I just need my money back.

  • It's not your fault jay.  I entered the correct email and received exactly the same treatment.  I'd be interested to know if you ever do get a response from customer service.  If it exists.

Howdyajay if you have the email that you accidentally entered or the ticket number that you submitted to us I can use that to locate the account that you paid for and get this resolved for you. Beclf same for you if you have the ticket number that you submitted i'll pull it up and get you answered ASAP.
