I signed up for a year's subscription with PIA on Sunday night. You charged my credit card immediate, but alas, no email arrived. I've opened three tickets, I gave you an alternative email address to send to. No response.

I can't view this online, because when I clicked on it, it suggested I set a password. So I did. Now it tells me that password is wrong. I have attempted to reset the password, but no reset email arrives. SERIOUSLY!
I am now in contact with my bank to get my money back. I would request a refund from you, but I don't expect a response. Why would this ticket be any different.
