[SOLVED] You have my money, now where's my service?

I signed up for a year's subscription with PIA on Sunday night.  You charged my credit card immediate, but alas, no email arrived.  I've opened three tickets, I gave you an alternative email address to send to.  No response.

WHERE ARE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS YOU THIEVES?

  • I apologize for the delay. As stated in the other thread please give me the ticket number that you submitted. I'll use that to locate the account that you paid for. We apologize for the delay.  
  • Hi Jason, how can I find the ticket number?  The tickets all vanished into the website and I received no acknowledgement that I lodged them.  They're all logged under my email address for this account though.

  • I have looked to see if I could find your tickets and unfortunately I am unable to locate any under that email address. This could be due to our new support portal transition. I recommend either PMing me or submit another ticket again, let us know the ticket number, and we can assist you further!
  • When I submit a ticket, it doesn't give me a number.  I just did another one to check , but all I get is this:

    Your ticket is on the way

    Thank you for contacting us. You will be notified when one of our agents responds.


  • I received a response email to that ticket! Better late than never.  Is this the ticket number DV0-201805-00035?  That's the end of the link it sent me.  I can't look at the link, because it tells me that my password (the one that I just set and is definitely correct) is not correct.

    It still won't let me in, and I still have no account details.  Hello? Anyone home?
    I want a refund.  My bank will be in contact.

    Here's ticket #5, just for fun:
    I signed up for a year's subscription to your service on Sunday 27th May, at about 7pm GMT+8.  Though my credit card was charged immediately, I never received an email with my account details.

    I have lodged four tickets already asking for help with this issue.  The first three tickets were ignored, to the fourth I received an automated reply:

    I can't view this online, because when I clicked on it, it suggested I set a password.  So I did.  Now it tells me that password is wrong.  I have attempted to reset the password, but no reset email arrives.  SERIOUSLY!

    I am now in contact with my bank to get my money back. I would request a refund from you, but I don't expect a response. Why would this ticket be any different.
