Torrent speed caps?

Does PIA cap speeds on torrents? 

Tested downloading multiple well seeded linux distros at the same time and can't get higher than 2.0 MB/s. Tried using different VPN servers too. Without VPN I was able to get 3.0-5.0 MB/s so I know my connection can hand more than 2.0 MB/s and not a seed issues.

But with VPN on, testing speedtest.net & speakeasy.net/speedtest I was able to max out my connection way higher than 2.0 MB/s

    I found the culprit. 

    Enable bandwidth management [uTP] was check marked in μTorrent. Removed it and got speeds higher than the 2MB/s
