I think I just lost $70 by paying with bitcoin

I tried paying for 2 years subscription by bitcoin. I've subscribed to PIA in the past using bitcoin with no issues. This time when I sent payment, their 30 minute window expired. Apparently they never received it, yet I'm out $70 worth of bitcoin. The payment is irreversible. I tried contacting support but they continue to ignore me. Any help would be appreciated.

As long as you sent it to the correct address on screen I believe you will be fine its just the Bitcoin network is slow sometimes.

Wait for support to pick up this ticket and it should get solved for you
