Reinstallation and unable to reset password.

Hi There,
I've had to format my hard drive and I've lost ALL of my apps. I regularly used Private Internet access but never saved the password and relied on the app to remember it (lost details due to previously crashed hardrive & lost files). I did email a considerable time ago to reset the password from the website but did not receive a reply from your company to attend to that issue. 
I've tried to reset it using the website and tried all manner of logins I could think of but to no avail. I’ve clicked on the link to reset the password (many times) but the email for resetting never actually arrived. I've tried the website contact but don't have access to my order number (crucial if you want to contact you guys via the contact form).
I've double checked ALL of my email addresses and there is absolutely nothing from  Private Internet Access in any of my email accounts. All I have is a record of the login ie: p9******
I’ve double checked. That reminder was emailed to my [email protected] on the 15th JUNE 2017 so it’ll be up for renewal shortly. Please message me back as soon as possible otherwise I will have to block the auto renewal in the next couple of days. Getting on contact with PIA regarding this issue is frankly, very difficult.

Please help.
