Is Private Internet Access a SCAM?

Hi, 

Yesterday I subscribed for a whole year and paid the 50$ and I haven't received username nor password. I have written a ticket but no answer 24h later. I don't think this is normal so I'm starting to think this may be a Scam, has it happened to anybody besides me? What can I do?

No ASerna, afaik PIA is actually quit well known on the internet as an VPN provider.
