Hi, 

Yesterday I subscribed for a whole year and paid the 50$ and I haven't received username nor password. I have written a ticket but no answer 24h later. I don't think this is normal so I'm starting to think this may be a Scam, has it happened to anybody besides me? What can I do?

    You should have received an email immediately after submitting your ticket. If you haven't received that email, then it is very likely that PIA's emails are being caught in your spam filter.

    Is your PIA email the same as you used for the forum? I can't find any account or ticket with that email sadly, so if it's the right one it seems it seems it didn't make its way to us.

    Can you PM me the email you used for your account and support ticket? I'll see what I can do with that.
