Private Internet Access gets connected but unable to browse the internet

Hello PIA
PIA gets connected but unable to browse the net
Tried every solution which i can find from here
OpenVPN or changing DNS to 209.222.18.222/218
as soon as i disconnect the PIA its works fine
but after logging in on PIA.......net stops
any other solution..plz...
and it worked perfect 1 week back and suddenly this happens..

and after PIA gets connected......if i ping any website from command prompt...its works fine...


Installed a fresh version of WIN 7 and still the same..

If you have already tried manually assigning your DNS servers using the instructions here, then I would suggest trying changing your ports/protocols.

Thanks Anna...Thats worked for me ......UDP 53 worked....

Can i know the reason behind it....

We are glad to hear UDP port 53 worked. reasons behind these issues can often be caused by the ports the VPN is trying to connect over being restricted or blocked. Also depending on your location and ISP, either TCP or UDP may work best,
