INTERNET got slow after innstalling PIA

hello, i have an dell inspiron , after installing the software i think my inernet has got slow
is this normal? or am i doing something wrong?

    Hello Craig, Do you have any Anti-virus or security software installed? These products can definitely have an impact on your speeds. If you do have Anti-virus software, try adding the following exclusions/exceptions to the Anti-virus software, and then try uninstalling and reinstalling the app:

    - C:\Program Files\pia_manager\openVPN.exe 
    - C:\Program Files\pia_manager\pia_manager.exe 
    - C:\Program Files\pia_manager\tapinstall.exe 
    - C:\Program Files\pia_manager\installer_win.exe
    - C:\Program Files\pia_manager\pia-openvpn.dll 
    - C:\Program files\pia_manager\nwjs\pia_nw.exe 
    - C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\tap0901.sys 

    For uninstalling on a Windows machine, please visit our helpdesk at https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/helpdesk/guides/desktop/windows/windows-uninstall-windows-application

    After removal, please visit this PAGE to reinstall the app.

    thankyou my issue has been fixed i formatted the hard drives now they are working fine
