When using the extensions for (Chrom(ium), Firefox and Opera) is there a conflict with the desktop?

Like the title says. To be clear, is it safe and trouble free to use a PIA extension at the same time as the desktop client? Thanks. :)

    Yes, there would not be an issue to use both at the same time! However, you latency could increase due to that.

    I ran them both at the same time to test it out that way. There was no problem. I did a DNS leak test on it while running both, no problems to report.
