a quick question about port forwarding

So, I know what port forwarding is, but not in the context of PIA. 

My initial idea is that if I have (for example) a game client set up to point to a server at x.x.x.x:55555 (A PIA port forwarding server with my port), then it will forward that to the machine that I have Port Forwarding enabled on, in PIA settings. Is this correct?

    Hello This wont work with our port forwarding API. Port forwarding is mostly used to optimize torrenting and it assigns a random port every time and therefore it wont allow these types of connections.
