23 days, no help for problem thru support email

I sent a support email in on May 22,
Got a response back on May 23 asking for system details.
I sent back answers on May 24.
The same day I got back an email saying PIA were switching to a new support platform and it said wait a few days.
On June 5th I write in about not getting any response.
On June 8th I get an email showing what I said hadn't really been read since I pointed out I couldn't even open the icon in the tray so therefor couldn't open it to turn it off for blocked sites like Craigslist and was told to turn it off for blocked sites which, as mentioned, I can't do. And in that email was told I would shortly get a response to the problem of opening the menu, it not switching, disconnecting or exiting.
It is now June 14.

A lot of time is wasted trying to get this to work, waiting to disconnect, etc, etc.

I completely uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have the latest v80.

I tried other firewalls, antiviruses and even ran a little with those off to see if it could be them, it wasn't.

I have zero problem with any other programs, some of which are way more complicated in what they do, way more system intensive, and yet no problems.

Any ideas how to get this working would be great, I want it to work and also since I paid for it I'm not about to just delete it and forget about it.

    Can you please PM your ticket number and I will have a look at it personally. Whilst we are dealing with higher ticket queues due to the migration and SMTP whitelisting issues, there is no ticket in our system even anywhere near 23 days old.

    As such I would like to track what happened and resolve it as a priority.

    How long should we expect to wait? I sent a SMTP white listing request more than 48 hours ago with no response and SMTP still blocked.
