NEED HELP?

I'm using the latest Deluge 1.3.15 (on Windows 10); and trying to put in my proxy details. I can enter my PIA proxy host address and port, but I don't see boxes to enter my proxy username / password.

Any one know why this is? Don't I need authentication credentials to finish setting up the proxy in Deluge?

Here is how to change your settings in Deluge

Deluge Proxy Setup Step #1 - Go to Deluge Proxy Settings

    1. Open Deluge
    2. Go to the preferences menu: Edit > Preferences (Ctrl+P)
    3. Click the 'Proxy' Tab
    It Should look like this:
    Deluge Proxy settings menu
    Deluge Proxy Preferences

    Step #2 - Configure Proxy

Do the following steps for each proxy type (Peer, web seed, tracker, and DHT). If you don't do it for all of them, you could accidentally leak your true IP address via the unproxied method.

    1. Select Type = Socksv5 W/ Auth (Socks5 proxy with a username/password)
    2. Enter your "x" Username and the associated password
    3. Enter the proxy host address "proxy-nl.privateinternetaccess.com"
    4. Enter port 1080
    5. Click 'OK'
