[Solved] Factory reset, what do I need to know as far as reinstalling VPN?

Q2. is there a way to change my 'name' from BjB to something else?

P.S. would be nice if you didn't have to click on [this space I am typing in] to 'set' new tags. Just an idea to help with other people's searches!
