New Windows v.81 missing servers

Hi, just installed v.81 for Windows. I see the new SOUTH AFRICA server, announced on June 5th, is still not availble. Also, I recall having seen a WASHINGTON server a few weeks ago but now not available anymore, anyone experiencing the same issue ?
