Is anyone else having connection issues with the latest version ? For
example, I am not able to connect to certain serves like Brazil. I have
been using PIA for a few years now and never had this problem before.
mmmma I wanted to first thank you for using PIA for a few years!
Next we would be happy to help you with our latest version of software while connecting to Brazil or our other servers. Please contact us at https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/helpdesk/new-ticket so we can look into these issues further with you. Also use ATTN: SMR in the subject.
I am sorry for the inconvenience of the issue. However - have you tried the following:
- change servers - cycling servers (connect to one server, disconnect, select a different server, disconnect, re-try the original server) - change ports and protocols (tcp/udp) - clear cache and cookies in the browser
- upgrading to newest version - changed browsers to see if one is faster - performed a clean uninstall/reinstall (uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling a fresh copy) - logged out of the application and reboot the device (then logged back in to try and connect successfully)
These options are not a one simple fix and may be periodically used to connect. - PIA CS TEAM
