Client Updates Re-enable DNS Leak Protection

Every time I update the client on windows, it re-enables the DNS leak protection. This BREAKS active directory so then I can't login to the box via RDP.

I have to remember to turn it off every time I update and I always forget. How about if it is OFF you just leave it OFF.
