CANT LOG IN ANYMORE & NO REPLY FROM "TECH SUPPORT"!
I have my log information saved. I have had it auto connect every time without fail for a few years. Suddenly it says my credentials are not correct. I tried emailing tech support but no one has replied since i sent the ticket in over 5 hours ago. Looks like they changed their tech support as well and you no longer can live chat with someone. I dont know if my subscription is up or whats going on. Is anyone else having this issue or can anyone help me figure out whats wrong? please?

For your subscription, when did you first sign up for the service?

The reason you got new credentials was likely due to a new subscription being created and not adding time to your original sub.
