Nothing Happened after payment

I made my subscription, for one year, through the AppStore on my iPhone. Apple charged me $39.99 and the transaction is still pending on my account . I haven't received an activation email or anything . Apple said that the transaction went through and it is clear from their end but it shows " PENDING" in my purchase history . I'm really confused as why i was charged for about 12 hours, now,  and the service isn't active for me yet. Apple claim that they got the money but they can't do anything regarding activation, understandable. How do I fix this? who should I talk to to resolve my issue here?

    Sorry to hear about this! I would recommend reaching out to us here with a screenshot of the receipt for payment from Apple: [email protected] with the subject as ATTN:SMR. Once you have done that please provide the ticket number here and we'd be more than happy to assist you further.
