Packet Loss, Lots of Disconnects

As of 2 days ago, i'm experiencing HEAVY packet loss when connected to the VPN, disconnecting from games, apps, etc etc websites you name it.

My ISP is not showing the same packet loss, which leads me to believe this is the VPN.

Wired Network, everything working perfectly there, etc.

Anyone else having this issue? (Again, last 2 days)
