#bug in restarting pia service

hi

in windows if pia service unexpectedly stopped,pia app cant restart automatically it(service) like other vpn services

stays in the state below

    Hello zrw

    I am sorry for the inconvenience of the issue. However - have you tried the following:

    - change servers
    - change ports and protocols (tcp/udp)
    - clear cache and cookies in the browser
    - changed browsers to see if one is faster
    - performed a clean uninstall/reinstall
    (uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling a fresh copy)
    - logged out of the application and reboot the device
    (then logged back in to try and connect successfully)

    We may need more information in order to look into the matter successfully as in:

    1. What operating system and version are you using on the device you have the VPN service set up on (e.g., Windows 7, MacOS High Sierra, iOS 11, etc.)?
    2. What version of the PIA client are you currently using? (e.g., v82, v1.1.1, v2.8.2)
    3. Are you connecting to the VPN using our VPN software, or did you use different setup instructions (if you used a different set, can you tell us which set you used explicitly)?
    4. Do you have any security applications installed on the device you’re using the VPN service on (firewalls, antivirus, etc.)? If yes, what apps are you using?
    5. Any other VPN or proxy software?
    6. Since government censorship and third-party interference can sometimes cause issues with connectivity, approximately where in the world are you connecting from?
    7. How do you connect to the internet on that device (plugged in, Wifi, mobile data, etc.)?
    8. Are you on a public (work, school, hotel) or private (home) network?
    9. Are you receiving any error message or other alerts (and if so, what does it say)?
    10. To prevent duplicate effort, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
