[ BUG ] IP's not showing in client.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience of the issue. However - have you tried the following:

    - change servers
    - change ports and protocols (tcp/udp)
    - clear cache and cookies in the browser
    - changed browsers to see if one is faster
    - performed a clean uninstall/reinstall
    (uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling a fresh copy)
    - logged out of the application and reboot the device
    (then logged back in to try and connect successfully)

    I did try all of that but still most of the time the IP does not display in the app menu.

    Thank you for the response. We actually just released a new version of the application (v1.2.1). Can you please uninstall PIA completely, reboot the device, then reinstall 1.2.1? A full uninstall/reinstall  (not an upgrade) needs to be completed as many bugs and fixes were resolved with this issue. However if the same issue returns after installing 1.2.1, please let us know. - PIA CS TEAM
  • I installed the v1.2.1 as suggested but still the IP sometimes does not display.
