I have had PIA for a long time and have never had problems with it.  Now I cannot keep the program connected without being outright denied or even the program being completely kicked off of android.  It works great on my Mac laptop, but hardly or doesn't work at all on my android phone.  I have tried UDP, TCP, different ports.  I have many more problems when I try to connect through the program while using cellular only.  Is there a ban?  If not, what is going on.  I don't have to explain why I got this application for my phone.  Anyone??

    Hello chrivkemp,

    I am sorry for the inconvenience of the issue. However - have you tried the following:

    - change servers
    - change ports and protocols (tcp/udp)
    - clear cache and cookies in the browser
    - changed browsers to see if one is faster
    - performed a clean uninstall/reinstall
    (uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling a fresh copy)
    - logged out of the application and reboot the device
    (then logged back in to try and connect successfully)
