New User Want Refund - VPN and Socks5 not working.

I just paid for 2 years worth of service and the VPN allows me to login but doesn't connect.  They Socks5 proxy isn't even working either after checking if it switched my outgoing IP address.  Horrible!  Nothing is working after paying almost $100.
