NO VPN IP or VPN IP is same as my IP plus no internet connection.

So when I first start my computer PIA auto connects and works just fine. Now if I manual disconnect because some website won't allow VPNs Netflix etc... I manually reconnect, sometimes I get no VPN IP and sometimes I get the same IP as my own IP as the VPN IP. If I restart my computer it will work fine. It's frustrating that I have to restart my computer to reconnect. I have searched the forums and found no real fix for this. I'm using the current version and I have have tried to uninstall and reinstall. I also have tried different servers. The problem is still there. Anyone have this problem too. PIA do you have a FIX!.... Thanks!!

@BoostedBoiz I would like to ask you what Operating System you are using, as well as ask if you are using any security software (primarily Anti-virus) as well?

Thank you for the inquiry. As you mentioned you have Windows 10 and the default windows security that builts into windows 10, have you added any file exclusions to Windows Defender?:

Please add the following exceptions to any security applications or firewalls you may be running, to prevent them from impeding the functionality of our application:

- C:\Program Files\pia_manager\tapinstall.exe
