Synology NAS loses connection to internet

in Linux VPN Setup
I set up PIA on my NAS using this method: https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/forum/discussion/23515/solved-setting-up-pia-vpn-on-synology-with-dsm-6-1 but it always drops the internet connection after a day or two and I have to disconnect from and reconnect to the VPN to get it back online. Any ideas?

    Any drop in internet or wireless connection? If it is stable for a few days this is occurring, then it really could be anything that is causing it.
