Chrome Extension and Bypass rules

I have twitch.tv setup on my bypass rules but it seems the traffic is still going through pia's servers and it keeps buffering every few seconds. I've manually added *.twitch.tv and https://*.twitch.tv

How can I set the extension to properly allow twitch.tv to bypass the vpn completely?

  • Never mind I think I figured it out. Live streams at least are coming from a different url so I have added both of these to the URL Bypass and now I'm not buffering like crazy anymore.

    *.twitch.tv
    *.ttvnw.net
  • Nope still having problems but with another site. It appears that when you have a site set to bypass the rules it doesn't bypass everything. So example; www.pcpartpicker.com When I go to that site and try to login or try to view my saved parts lists I get nothing but an error. The error is talking about referers being off. I have the site set in bypass but I have to physically turn off the setting in "Tracking" for "Disable Website Referrer" for it to work. This is annoying to have to do every single time I visit that site.
  • It must also have one or more secondary urls that must load as well. I really am not sure, but I do understand that it's quite inconvenient.
  • If I'm bypassing for a URL it should allow any traffic from that url to also be bypassed. For me to have to track down what url it's accessing to also bypass it is too much work for me as a end user.
