Does PIA block all internet connections if PIA in not connected?

PIA previously had a checkbox setting to block all internet if PIA is not connected to a VPN server.
I cannot find this setting in the newer versions. Is it hidden somewhere, built in, or not available any more?

Isn't that combined into the kill switch now? setting : Always block traffic outside the VPN?

Thank you for the inquiry. Our VPN works by establishing an encrypted tunnel between your computer and our server.What happens when your ISP provides you with an internet connection? Our service then encrypts this connection, making it anonymous and secure. Your ISP cannot see what you are downloading, because of the encryption used by our service. Other people online cannot see who you really are, because our server acts as a middle-man between you and any connections you are establishing, so all anyone sees when you connect to something is our server. This then makes it appear to the internet that your IP Address is the IP address of our server. The encryption offered by the VPN provides security, privacy, and anonymity from prying eyes.

Also, regarding our kill switch: The internet kill switch activates VPN disconnect protection. If you disconnect from the VPN, your internet access will stop working. It will reactivate normal internet access when you deactivate the kill switch mode, exit the application, or reconnect to the VPN. 

However, the killswitch can only affect one specific internet adapter; if your system has more than one network adapter installed (i.e. both Ethernet and Wi-Fi), then you would disable the unused adapter so the killswitch does not "kill" the incorrect connection.
