VPN for mac?

Any good and reliable free VPNs for MacBook Pro? I'm visiting Miami from Oslo and I really want to play League of Legends but i only have an account on EU. I heard that VPNs can help with the ping. My ping right now is at approx. 150 and with the VPN it would be amazing if it could go down a little bit. Ive had free vpns before that have worked just fine, but i figured some of you guys probably know about the best ones. Thanks in advance.
