Wifi automatically turns off when connected to PIA and couldn't turn it back on
Hi, something's really weird with my VPN. I just updated my Windows (I'm using Windows home edition, it should be the latest version.)
Then I connected to my home wifi(even though for some reason windows says it's public), and connected to my PIA Windows version.(I didn't installed the chrome edition because I also need to use it for other use) quickly, it says it's connected. But chrome says that I'm disconnected from the internet,but PIA still says that it's connected. Then I noticed that the Internet icon on the taskbar is showing a LAN icon with a yellow warning sign, I clicked on it, then it shows that wifi is for some reason turned off, I checked PIA again, then it suddenly shows "connection failed"
In using pia with all the default settings, and don't know what's sound it, pls help!

Thank you for your response and for contacting customer support. I recommend a full uninstall of PIA and the Chrome Extension. Then reboot the device, and re-download a fresh copy of the newest app and the Chrome Extension. then log in on the App to connect or the Chrome Extension so see if you can connect on either on of them successfully. There is no need to use both the Extension and the Application. The extension only protects the browser where as the Application protects the device. Using both will slowdown the device but not offer any more protection that using either option.
