PIA extremely slow on firestick!!
So I have gigabit internet. Using 2 firestick 4ks. When I go to fast.com via the Firefox app, I am getting 430Mbps. But when I turn on PIA, I am only getting 30Mbs. On my computer connecting to the same server (us Atlanta) I get 150Mbs while connected. I fail to understand why it is so much slower on the firestick. I have tried every data encryption setting, tried it with MACE off. Tried every other us server, and still the same. 25-30Mbs. Any help or guidance would be appreciated, as I have a 2 year subscription. I don’t want to have to get another vpn service just for the firesticks.

Thank you for your response and for contacting customer support. Unfortunately, we do not directly support the Firestick devices. This does not mean connecting is impossible, we are not able to assist. However - have you tried the following:
- change servers
- change ports and protocols (tcp/udp)
- clear cache and cookies in the browser
- changed browsers to see if one is faster
- performed a clean uninstall/reinstall
(uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling a fresh copy)
- logged out of the application and reboot the device
(then logged back in to try and connect successfully)
