Unable to reach support

I purchased a monthly subscription a few days ago and have not received the account details email.  I've submitted 3 tickets over the last 3 days and never heard anything - not even confirmation that they got my tickets.  I've checked my spam folders and have no emails from PIA.  I use Zoho mail as my mail provider, perhaps they are filtering emails from PIA?  Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any sort of live chat or phone numbers for PIA, so I'm trying here to reach anyone from PIA support.  Could someone please assist?
