DD-WRT on Netgear R7000 VPN Stopped working

I have had this router configured as my vpn for several years without issue.  Recently I noticed that when I ran a speedtest that it was showing my actual location.  I tried changing servers, rebooting, and checking the settings and did not notice any issues but would still not work.  I can run the client and connect to the VPN without issue however I prefer to use the router.

I checked the "status", "OpenVPN", "log" and I see the following info:
Clientlog:

ca /tmp/openvpncl/ca.crt management 127.0.0.1 16 management-log-cache 100 verb 3 mute 3 syslog writepid /var/run/openvpncl.pid client resolv-retry infinite nobind persist-key persist-tun script-security 2 dev tun1 proto udp4 cipher aes-128-cbc auth sha1 auth-user-pass /tmp/openvpncl/credentials remote us-texas.privateinternetaccess.com 1198 comp-lzo yes tun-mtu 1500 mtu-disc yes fast-io passtos persist-key persist-tun tls-client remote-cert-tls server

Can anyone provide any guidance on the subject?

Thanks
