Hi ,i have submitted this  to PIA but shocked at my answer.I have 2 accounts 1 of which i renewed this last week all was fine,running 18 devices over the 2 accounts they are tp link 841n routers using the L2TP PROTOCOL FOR CONNECTION.Since my account renewed the routers have disconnected and wont reconnect they wont find a internal ip address or dns they remain 0000.i contacted PIA to be told they no longer support L2TP but they had been working fine still waiting for a reply

    i think pia team want discontinue l2tp protocol step by step but still pia support pptp protocol

    We do support L2TP for Mac, iOS, Android and Windows, but we do not for routers as we cannot support the multitude of firmwares out there. We support PPTP on DD-WRT as it is the only one with PSK on the VPN firmwares out there. Many routers do not support PSK, but if they do, it may be possible to connect using L2TP.
