VPN connection disables Wifi

For the last 2 versions of the app (including the latest), whenever i connect to VPN my wifi gets disabled untill i disconnect. I have checked power saving options are turned off o nthe wifi adapter (inclusing the LAN/WIFI switcher in Bios), i have tried pretty much all the different settings within the app, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.... Same issue every time.

Laptop:

HP G450 PROBOOK

Windows 10 (fully updated)

App:

V1.4 (build 03180) x64

Any suggestions?

I found a solution, for anyone else having the same issue...

disable the following Windows Service;

HP LAN/WLAN/WWAN Switching UWP Service
