@Omnibus_IV I believe that is incorrect unfortunately. The Private Internet Access service is not the same as the Private Internet Access client. And if I disable the PIA service the PIA client wont work at all.
I need to only prevent the PIA client from auto starting at windows login, but of course I still need to be able to use the PIA program if I want to launch it later, and that is not possible if the service is not running.
I should mention that setting PIA service to Manual also prevents the PIA client from working, I then have to manually start the service and that is obviously not something I want to do everytime I need to start PIA. When the PIA service is set to Automatic it will start at windows login but then PIA client will unfortunately again start automatically at windows login.
I only want the PIA client to NOT launch at windows login, but the PIA service of course still need to be started automatically.
