My vpn client is being flooded with this error warnings anyway to fix this?

Usually see these with torrenting. Not always an issue unless you are getting lag or disconnections.This occurs when the MTU is incorrect. Would be helpful to know if this is a router, OpenVPN, Linux, Windows, etc.

I’m using the OpenVPN client on Windows 10 switching to the pia app doesn’t give me this error.

Also enabling vpn through my router gives me this log error.

I tested with iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6s. Both with recent iOS 11.3.1. Same behavior.
It's ok with openvpn server 2.3.10, but not with 2.4.
