IP address 45.9.250.42 and 5.9.250.62

I use a Synolgoy router with safe access enabled. Lately its been flagging the IP 45.9.250.42 and 5.9.250.62 as malicious. It only shows up when I connect to the PIA vpn. Currently I'm using Atlanta and havent tried another city. Is this an IP range that PIA uses? Looks to be an IP in Amsterdam.

  • Hello! Unfortunately, we do not directly support the Synology device. This does not mean connecting is impossible, we are not able to assist. However - have you tried the following:


    - change servers
    - change ports and protocols (tcp/udp)
    - clear cache and cookies in the browser
    - changed browsers to see if one is faster
    - performed a clean uninstall/reinstall
    (uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling a fresh copy)
    - logged out of the application and reboot the device
    (then logged back in to try and connect successfully)
    - enable the 'Use Small Packets' setting in the app
