How to enable VPN killswitch for Ubuntu

I just installed PIA onto my Linux VM however I am unable to find the kill-switch button. I did some looking online but I was confused on how to enable it. Is there a step by step guide on how to do this? (I'm new to Linux, so I'm trying to learn as much as I can)

    If you are using the PIA app, it is on by default. Go to the PIA icon in the task bar, then go to settings from the 3 dots on the top right side. You will find this setting in the 'Privacy' tab in the settings menu.
