Plex outside of network

Has anyone resolved the issue with Plex not working outside there network? Or is my only option to seek out another vpn?

    I replied the same to your last post, but will add a little more. You must use your real IP to connect remote, which circumvents the VPN anyways. I recommend using the VPN on a router instead of the Plex server. We are testing for split tunneling which is still in beta.
