Does the IP address change when you connect to PIA's server, or is it static every time?

    It changes most of the time. When you log on a server, you are assigned an IP that is assigned that is the fastest for you. It may be the same one or a different one. Some servers only have a few dozen IPs, while others have a few hundred.
