Requesting a refund

Im sorry for making this thread but im trying to refund because i thought PIA supports Russian Server and i didn't searched before signing up. I made a ticket like 2 days ago and i they haven't emailed me ever since their first email. Is this normal? Im sorry again for asking this here. I only have 5 more days left to make the refund.
Edit: Already done, im sorry for making this thread again. Will check PIA in the future!

  • Hello Yoshimako. We removed our Russian servers to avoid government interference with our VPN. We will not host servers in a country where our customer's security is compromised.
    As for your ticket, please be patient. We are running a special and our ticket queues are currently very high. We will get to your request in the order it was received.
