Does customer support exist here?!

I’ve submitted a customer service email request ticket every day for the past several days. Zero reply. Not even an automated response that says, “thanks we received your ticket and will get back to you soon.” I heard so many great things about this service; am I wrong? Is there any way to contact customer support here?

We do have customer support, and I do apologize for the wait on your request. We are under high volume due to a special we are running and also due to very bad weather where we are. Please do not resubmit a ticket, as we answer your ticket in the order it was received, so every time you send it again it puts you at the bottom of the queue.
